2. Appearance
Monocrystalline Comes black or dark blue while Polycrystalline appeares more dark blue.
3. Cost
In the past a few years monocrystalline was much more expensive than polycrystalline, while the cost gap is getting smaller these years, now they are almost same cost with big quantity.
